When you book your appointment with 1st Tax-Mex Solutions Inc, you are securing your slot that will no longer be made available to other clients. That’s why we have a NO REFUND POLICY on appointments booked. However, with 72 hours’ notice you have the following two options.

Please let us know which option works better for you.

1. If you decide you can’t make your appointment, then contact us and let us know. If you give us 72 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment to another available slot so you won’t lose out on your deposit.

OR

2. Transfer deposit to another person. If you can’t make your appointment, then sell your appointment to a friend, family member or someone you know.
